In Burbank, the busiest days for florists are Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the weeks before prom and Christmas, when prices rise and delivery windows fill up, so order several days ahead. Across California, delivery fees depend on distance, and hospitals and funeral homes have their own drop-off hours. For a wedding, book a consultation six to twelve months out and bring photos and a budget; for sympathy flowers, the shop can deliver straight to the funeral home if you give the service time. Exceptional experience! They were very cool about correcting a mistake I'd make in my order, and the arrangement (of the designer's choice) is even more beautiful than I'd imagined. The recipient seems very happy, which is what really matters. :)

After my longtime florist retired, I spent an afternoon searching and making calls until I finally found Sylvart Floral Designs - and what a great find it was. Even at the end of a busy week, Sylvia went above and beyond to make sure my great aunt received a stunning arrangement for her special birthday. She absolutely loved it. I truly appreciate florist owners who stay hands-on with their business-answering calls, working directly with customers, and bringing their expertise to every order. Sylvia's skill and outstanding customer service made all the difference. Sylvart Floral Designs has definitely become my new go-to florist.

I made an order first thing in the morning for same-day delivery bouquet of flowers for my grandma‘s birthday. Not only did it arrive within four hours of the order being made, but I made a request for a pop of yellow because it’s my grandma‘s favorite color and they included some beautiful yellow roses. Everything was easy and the customer service was impeccable. Thank you for making my grandma’s birthday extra special!

Easy online ordering! The flower bouquet that was delivered was even fuller and prettier than the one pictured. Delivered when promised and follow-up made to confirm delivery. I was surprised at the reasonableness of the pricing but then understood once I saw the delivery fee! Just be aware that the delivery fee is higher than other florists (which brings pricing into competitive alignment). I don't mind if the quality is there and it was!!! Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
